Our metal signs are made to order, with production typically taking 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the USPS service, generally ranging between 3-10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
You have 1 hour after placing your POD order to make changes. After that time no
changes can be made, and the product cannot be returned or exchanged unless
wrongly manufactured.
Can I return a product?
Our art pieces are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please ensure you select the correct size and color. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, if you encounter any issues, we’re happy to offer an exchange (refunds are not available). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll make it right with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
